Roundtable at WINWIN Summit 2025: AgroTech 2030

One of the key highlights of WINWIN Summit 2025: The Power of Innovations was the roundtable discussion “AgroTech 2030: Innovations transforming agriculture from field to processing.”

The session brought together leading experts in the agricultural sector, technology companies, representatives of science, investment structures, and government institutions and was organised on the initiative of EIT Food and IT Ukraine Association.

Among the participants were key players of the agri-ecosystem as well as alumni of the EIT Food Challenge Labs 2025 programme, who shared their experience in developing and implementing technological solutions aimed at improving efficiency, transparency, and sustainability in agriculture.

Key discussion topics included:
🟨 The role of artificial intelligence and data in increasing agricultural productivity;
🟨 Innovations in food processing and technologies that reduce raw material losses;
🟨 Circular resource-use models and the transition to “smart” farming systems;

Speakers emphasized that Ukraine has all the prerequisites to become a European hub for next-generation agritechnologies — combining its strong agricultural potential with technological expertise and deep integration into international innovation programmes.

EIT Food will continue to support such initiatives that bring together startups, researchers, and businesses in a shared mission to make the food system more sustainable, resilient, and competitive.
