Individual Mentorship Support and $10,000 for Business Plan Implementation: registration has opened for the business support program for youth enterprises — LIFT by the Amplifiers Program.
In the context of war, young entrepreneurs from small communities regularly face challenges related to limited financial resources, essential knowledge, and valuable networking opportunities.
The LIFT project aims to create an ecosystem that fosters entrepreneurship among youth, taking into account the contemporary challenges and needs of participants.
Twelve selected entrepreneurs will gain the necessary knowledge and skills to develop and scale their businesses, and they will also have the opportunity to receive grant funding of $10,000 for the implementation of an approved business project and the achievement of their business goals.
The project will enable young people not only to adapt to wartime conditions but also to grow their businesses, ensuring sustainable economic growth within their communities.
Participation Formats in the Program:
- Online Learning and Mentorship Support: Participants will receive individual consultations from experts in various business fields, ranging from financial management to personal brand development, digital marketing, public relations, human resources management, exporting, legal issues, and business process automation.
- Expert Assistance in Business Plan Development and Grant Application Preparation: Participants will receive support in developing business plans and submitting applications for grant funding of up to $10,000 for the implementation of their projects.
- Offline Meetings and Networking: Participants will have the opportunity to engage personally with leading experts and entrepreneurs to discuss the most relevant issues for their businesses at networking meetings in Kyiv.
“Thanks to the comprehensive nature of the program (both mentorship and financial components), young entrepreneurs from small communities will be able to adapt their operations to the conditions of doing business during wartime and take advantage of grant assistance to achieve their business goals,” — states Inna Lubynets, Head of the Making Cens group.
