
Ukrainian agri-food scale-ups have the opportunity to become part of the EIT Food Challenge Labs 2025 program, which opens up access to scaling up in national and European markets!
The program provides Ukrainian agricultural companies with access to scaling up in national and European markets. It is being implemented on the initiative of EIT Food and implemented by the Amplifiers Program in partnership with the IT Ukraine Association.

EIT Food Challenge 2025 is based on a comprehensive approach, creating space and opportunities for the individual growth of each participant.
Selected scale-ups will receive:
- Mentoring support — individual sessions with experts who have practical experience in agribusiness, international scaling, and innovation.
- Workshops based on real cases, practical scaling tools, and mentoring support to put solutions into action.
- Networking with representatives of Ukrainian and European businesses.
Participation in the program provides access to real scaling mechanisms based on the best global and national practices, where program participants not only transform their solutions and create new ones, but also explore industry experience with the help of industry experts with many years of experience.
The following are invited to participate in the program:
- Agri-food scale-ups that already have a finished product or solution and are showing dynamic growth.
- Companies that implement innovative technologies in the agricultural and food industries, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and biotechnology (biotech).
- Developers of solutions in areas such as digital farm management, smart agricultural machinery, functional foods, and eco-friendly packaging.
- Family farms and food businesses seeking digital transformation and entry into new markets.
- Developers of science-intensive solutions in the agricultural sector who have breakthrough solutions and are ready for internationalization.
- Food producers looking for opportunities to modernize and scale up in national and European markets.
In order to pass the further selection for the program, participants must meet the following requirements:
- The agri-food company must be registered in Ukraine.
- The majority of the team must be located in Ukraine.
- At least 2 years of experience in the development, sale, or production of agro-industrial products.
- A description of the export product concept and/or finished product.

Amplifiers — is a programme to support Ukrainian businesses and scale-ups in times of war to accelerate post-war recovery, mitigate the negative impacts and boost the growth of the Ukrainian economy. One of the objectives is to develop the ecosystem by connecting relevant stakeholders, bringing communities together and creating sustainable networks, and to scale-up globally to help Ukrainian businesses enter different EU markets.
The IT Ukraine Association is the largest national union of IT businesses in Ukraine, representing the interests of 225 leading companies. Its activities focus on four strategic areas: government relations (GR), education, international cooperation and the global promotion of Ukrainian technology brands, as well as the development of the domestic IT market and sector-specific expertise.
The Association has been operating for over 20 years and officially represents Ukraine in the European Digital Technology Association – DIGITALEUROPE, facilitating the integration of the Ukrainian IT sector into the global digital ecosystem.

Diia. City is a unique space that combines a set of tools for developing and scaling IT businesses. It has one of the best tax systems in Europe, a new flexible form of cooperation between companies and specialists – GIG contracts, and effective and widely used tools for attracting investment.
Diia.Business is a large-scale national project for the development of entrepreneurship and exports, which was initiated by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in February 2020. Since May 2021, the project has been implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in cooperation with the Entrepreneurship and Export Development Office, a government agency responsible for the development and support of Ukrainian entrepreneurship in domestic and foreign markets.
Ukrainian Agriculture Export Association – is a voluntary, non-profit association of agricultural producers and suppliers created to support common interests in the export of high value-added products without interfering with their commercial activities.
Youth Council at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine is a youth consultative and advisory body.
