Founded in the heart of Ukraine, the brewery with more than 145 years of history produces natural beer according to old Ukrainian and German recipes. Thanks to special recipes created by a German brewer and quality control from barley cultivation to finished products, UmanPivo became the first brewery in Ukraine to brew beer using solar energy.

Continuing the traditions of the Kyiv Margarine Factory since 1949, Olkom creates products based on refined sunflower oil, focusing on innovation and international quality standards. The company’s products comply with ISO 9001:2015 and HACCP, which allows it to be exported to more than 27 countries.

Founded in 1998 as a small workshop, the company has grown into one of the leading producers of semi-finished meat products. Ukrptahoservice offers its customers a wide range of products, responding to changes in taste preferences, and always adheres to approved recipes.

Founded in 1991, KARE specialises in embedded systems and automated solutions. Their mission is to end world hunger with the help of technology. The main value of KARE is a professional team capable of creating non-standard solutions for the agricultural sector.

The company is engaged in growing grain and vegetable crops and processing them into canned products. On its leased land in the Ternopil region, Krona grows raw materials for canned food, providing the market with 8 million cans of finished products annually.

The company supports local farmers and transforms fresh fruits, berries and vegetables into natural jams and sauces, providing Ukrainians with high-quality natural products.

Ukrainian startup Napiy offers a fast and nutritious alternative to traditional food, similar to well-known global brands like Soylent. The product fills a niche in the Ukrainian market by offering a local analogue of popular healthy dishes.

Developer of dynamic germination technology. The company focuses on growing flax, which reduces cyanide content to a safe level through a 100-hour cycle. The mission of Sprout Dynamics is to increase access to healthy food and strengthen food security.

Specialises in the production of pasta and flour products, using Ukrainian grain and modern equipment to create high-quality products.

A cultural and tea project that promotes the conscious consumption of tea as part of a healthy lifestyle. β€˜Lao Dao aims to revive the food culture in Ukraine and create a new understanding of interaction with food.

Participants will be able to acquire new knowledge and skills to enter the European market to further develop their innovations.
