We continue a series of posts about the workshop as part of Amplifiers: EIT Food Challenge Labs programme

Tetiana Filipovych, founder of ProFi Marketing Solutions, marketing director of the first Ukrainian hotel chain Premier, business coach, author of the course ‘Operational Marketing’ and lecturer, conducted a workshop on ‘Marketing solutions for Ukrainian producers in the European market’ for the programme participants. 

Tetyana has extensive experience, including over 20 years in system marketing and 11 years in HORECA, so she shared her vision and approaches to the entry of Ukrainian producers into the European market.

During the workshop, the following key aspects were discussed with the participants:

▪️ Adaptation of the product portfolio.

▪️ Finding a buyer – effective strategies for attracting partners.

▪️ Pricing strategy and pricing, how to determine the optimal price for European markets.
